Returns/Exchanges

We offer free returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Please reach out to information@freejacks.com to be assisted in a return/exchange. Products that have been damaged, stained, or dirtied upon return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please include the original packing slip in your return package or write out your order number on a piece of paper in the package.
